Loosing weight is a journey that can be a misery if you don’t understand how we lose weight in general and start any of the various diet ideas without such knowledge.
Knowing the basics of losing weight or following a very simple basic diet (calories deficit) is a great start for your weight loss journey and will amazingly prepare you if you wanna go for a more extreme diet.
