This is my summer morning routine when I experience oily textured skin thanks to the extra oils my skin is producing and the sun. Make sure to drink lots of water and dehydration can play a part. Wear sunblock that doesn’t causes sensitivity or clogged pores. Eat fresh clean foods. Cut back on processed foods when you are having skin issues. If none of this works make sure to see a dermatologist 🤍
