Hey loves. I show you how I fix my skin barrier when it’s sensitive and textured. This is my summer morning routine when I experience oily textured skin thanks to the extra oils my skin is producing and the sun. Make sure to drink lots of water and dehydration can play a part. Wear sunblock that doesn’t causes sensitivity or clogged pores. Eat fresh clean foods. Cut back on processed foods when you are having skin issues.
