Have a Taste with My Duck Tongue Recipe

Duck Tongue Dish, maybe less popular around the world, but in some Asian countries, it is one of their famous delicacies. This is often seen among street foods and even served elegantly in some prestigious restaurants too. Duck tongue, as small as it is, contains very soft, tasty and very delicious fats. There are many ways of preparing and cooking it. As I have tried some of it's cooking ways... I have decided to make my own recipe of it. That is stir frying it, with chili sauce & some spices. Not only settling there, but I decided to try adding an amount of Sichuan Peppercorns. And it turns out to be really delicious, with that hotness of chili and pepper. Also that gentle vibrating effects of Sichuan Peppercorns' hotness being released into the dish.
