@raquelmacdonald85724 years ago Alot wasn't cut off at all. She cut off exactly what needed to go and that is RARE for a stylist to do so. I rate the stylist for that!!! 913

@felicial76284 years ago By the way, putting you under the dryer after straightening your hair is to help close your hair cuticles. This makes your hair stay sleek and smooth longer. 214

@peacewithangelamarie4 years ago My adult daughter had her hair professionally washed, conditioned, and she kept it either braided or twisted every two weeks. Her hair was an inch past her shoulder in August. My hair was mid bra in August. Her hair grew 3 to 4 inches in 4 months. We did a length check over the weekend and was shocked to find that her hair is now longer than mine -- we both had trims in between. Keeping one's hair in a good protective style works! I am amazed!
Your hair looks nice and healthier with trim.

@serenitysaffold96833 years ago I just found you and I am thankful I did! I am one of those people whose hair just "doesn't grow" but I decided to stop saying that and accepting it and change it. This video was a big motivation. I have watched many videos and their journey does not seem nearly as tangible as yours. I've been natural my whole life with the same hair length. Time to change that! I'm getting me an aloe vera leaf, oils, and make some rice water ASAP! Thank you ... 1

@k_moniique4 years ago For me, as a 4c natural, I think trims are imperative! We are more prone to single strand knots than other hair types!! I've been slacking on my aloe vera but this video has definitely motivated me to get back to it!!!! 2

@mrs.knowsitall30194 years ago This video was so exciting to watch!! I’ve been natural now for 2 years and seven going on eight months. I’m finally going to a professional the end of January to get my hair treated and a much needed cut or trim. I’m a lil nervous because I haven’t step foot in a salon since becoming natural. But I’m also excited. It’s very important for me to do this on the month of January so I can begin the year off with healthier hair. It has grown a lot but I know my ends are looking terrible. ... 11

@joycekyalo81173 years ago Once upon a time Mercy in one of her videos said that she wants to reach tailbone length for her hair. I have really paid attention to your videos sis.😂😂😂 Honestly if you continue cutting your hair when you do a silk press it will be a struggle to grow your hair to tailbone length. I mean no offense at all but I know your intentions for cutting your hair are 100% valid and that's ok. I agree with that. Just make sure you don't cut too often. I really want to see your hair grow sweetie.😍😍😍 At least take a break from the cut cause your hair is beautiful just the way it is.❤️❤️❤️ ... 3

@mommatee414 years ago I have been natural for over 10 years and realize how much genetics, hair type and hair density play the biggest part in growth and length. I have never gotten my hair to grow past my shoulders...no matter how much water, fruit and biotin I have consumed. Beautiful!!! ...

@michellejackson95763 years ago Your hair looks beautiful and you are so right when you said always trim the ends because if you don't you can get split ends all over your hair and it will take a long time to get it back healthy from the roots to the ends . Thanks for sharing your journey on your hair because I'm going to use the products and see how much longer my hair can grow from my shoulder. ...
