@Noloyiso_M7 months ago Ozempic is a very contraversial drug even for its indication, being diabetes. I think its available in the states as well and is heavily abused (and monopolized) so if you' re reading this and you' re diabetic in south africa, you' re better off than you think cause we have insulin and oral diabetic treatment thats affordable.
the weight loss benefits of ozempic cannot be overstated, but like naledi said, your whole lifestyle will have to change to start, stay on it and eventually ween off the drug. ...Expand 8

Like you, i cut off sugar, carbs (only eat during the reduced alcohol intake & i am gyming at least 3 times a week. Its important to also have the right mindset like you said so i got a therapist who i am dumping soon because of cyrils economy.
