港式萝卜糕,在马来西亚许多茶楼点心外都有卖 将已蒸煮好的萝卜糕切成方块,放在少量的油中煎至表面金黄色,則更香脆柔软 配料: Ingredients 600 克 白萝卜 - 600 g Radish 4朵香菇 - 4 dried mushrooms 40 克 虾米 - 40 g dried shrimp 60 克 小葱头 - 60 g shallot 40 克 干贝 - 40 g scallop 100克 猪肉碎 - 100 g minced pork 1 条 腊肠 - 1 Chinese sausage 350 克 粘米粉 - 350 g rice flour 80 克 澄粉 - 80 g Wheat Starch 550 ml 水 - 550 ml of water 1茶匙盐 - 1 tsp salt ½ 茶匙胡椒粉 - ½ tsp white pepper 猪肉碎调味料: minced pork condiment 少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper 少许油 - dash of Oil 少许薯粉 - dash of tapioca flour 谢谢收看 Thanks for watching! 喜欢的朋友请别忘了点赞, 支持请加订阅 If you like this video, please don't forget to click 'like' and subscribe.

Becos my radish cake tasted like too much flour after frying & during cooking the id="hidden12" radish with the flour solution, the radish becomes so thick that i had to add in like another 500g of water. ...Expand
