将已蒸煮好的萝卜糕切成方块,放在少量的油中煎至表面金黄色,則更香脆柔软
配料: Ingredients
600 克 白萝卜 - 600 g Radish
4朵香菇 - 4 dried mushrooms
40 克 虾米 - 40 g dried shrimp
60 克 小葱头 - 60 g shallot
40 克 干贝 - 40 g scallop
100克 猪肉碎 - 100 g minced pork
1 条 腊肠 - 1 Chinese sausage
350 克 粘米粉 - 350 g rice flour
80 克 澄粉 - 80 g Wheat Starch
550 ml 水 - 550 ml of water
1茶匙盐 - 1 tsp salt
½ 茶匙胡椒粉 - ½ tsp white pepper
猪肉碎调味料: minced pork condiment
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许薯粉 - dash of tapioca flour
