He was born in Absor-Kolwai Bazar Turbat, Baluchinstan. He is fluent in four languages (Baluchi, Urdu, Arabic and English). He went to Rest House School Kolwai Bazar for basic education. For further education he joined High School Absar. In 2004 he travelled to Quetta for further higher education and got admission in Degree College Quetta and he also joined Poly Technical College. He was very active in social works during his stay in Quetta. He also attended computer hardware and software courses and now he is an expert in this field. In 2017 he became a motivational speaker in Baluchi Language and he started making videos on different topic which are important for Baluch society. Rahmdil has his own youtube channel and has a facebook account in which he usually shares his personal videos. Rahmdil always talks about Time Management, Social Genius, Self-Management, Thinking Skills and he is motivating all Baluch nation towards theses life changing skills.
