BTCC A History of the British Touring Car Championship Part 1

A three-part series documenting the history of the British Touring Car Championship first aired on ITV4 in February 2014. The series tells the inside story of the British Touring Car Championship. Part one is a mix of evocative archive footage and interviews with the major protagonists, drivers, and team managers. It starts at the first British Touring Car race on Boxing Day 1957 and continues through to the mid 1980s where the Ford Sierra's impacted the Championship with their entry. Narrated by Tiff Needell.
