This is the new mid engine Corvette Stingray! The 2020 Corvette Z51 has a massive 6.2L V8 engine with 495 HP and 470 TQ. My Nissan GTR has a 3.8L twin turbocharged V6 engine with 545 HP and 463 TQ. My GTR is also a Stage 3 FBO car! GTR has full bolt ons which include a decatted straight pipe exhaust, 1050cc injectors and 3in intakes. So my car is around the 600 WHP mark. So obviously the GTR is a faster car than the 2020 Corvette. But it was fun seeing how well the new C8 Corvette handles and drives! Z51 C8 is definitely a great sportscar and is well balanced! The first race we each ent right on GO, and the GTR pulls strong against the C8 and instantly gaps it. We started in 2nd gear at 20mph. I was surprised there was no turbo lag on the GTR. The second pull the C8 Corvette jumps it and starts at '1', while the GTR starts at 'GO'. The forward facing camera reveals that the GTR was strong on the tail of the Corvette and was pull on him very quickly. But we ran out of space to pull ahead.
