The Pratinidhi-Sabha's restoration by the Supreme Court of Nepal has pushed our country back to a pre-dissolution state . It does not rejuvenate the dead constitution that failed to protect itself and to protect rights of the citizens according to its declarations .The dead body of the constitution had been mostly eaten up by the maggots prior to the declaration of the dissolution of the Pratinidhi-Sabha by the Prime Minister .The people can do nothing to bring back the life of the constitution except the use of the ballot-box for a radical change towards justice to every citizen of the country . So the people need to be ready and prepared to use their power of voting any time . Too many Writers to write one constitution in two Constituent Assemblies that needed to be supported by the state consumed a huge amount of money and they took too many years as well to write the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nepal but it (Constitution) died long time ago , not too long time after it's birth .
The question of the constitutionality of the dissolution of the Pratinidhi-Sabha could have arrived only if the constitution was alive . Rastriya Jana Morcha President Chitra Bahadur K.C. , during a recent interview with Otv-Television has stated that Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal Cholendra Samsher Rana had to bribe a lot of money five years ago to the leader of the party in power then for deputing/bringing him (Rana) from a lower Court of Justice to the highest Court of Justice. According to K.C., Rana is now only getting back the bribed money with huge profit by giving a shocking verdict recently pertaining to a murder of one's own wife by a Police Officer of Nepal Police. The Judiciary was already dead if the revelation by K.C. was true , if so the Federal Constitution was dead as well .
No constitution of the past can be a stepping stone for the birth of a new constitution , especially the constitution of 047-Saal that was the blackest spot in the constitutional history of Nepal , evidenced by the fast spreading colonies of bribery that never stopped spreading , soon after its birth.
The Monarchists were voted by 0.77 % of the registered voters in the last election . They shall need to make a very big jump if they want to form the government after the coming election that shall conduct the national referendum for the restoration of the Monarchy and of Ex-King Gyanendra Shah who destroyed the soul of Hindu Nationalism by legalizing abortion in Nepal . The Nepal Army that is not given the praiseworthy and proper job of the liberation of our Holy-Soil from the foreign occupation that brings pride to every soldier of his/her profession shall not think of any adventure of a coup prior to the election by aiming at foiling it , especially if so advised by the foreign visitors to Kathmandu recently . If the Monarchists in the streets are encouraged and powered by the climate in the foreign capitals pertaining to their Nepal-Policy and are trying to instigate and involve Ex-King Gyanendra Shah in an Army -Coup prior to any election in the near future , he shall self-exile to a country of his choice with his family and all of his descendants that would thwart any design to repeat the history of his coronation in Hanuman-Dhoka Palace when he was 3 years old .
I have heard that King Birendra Shah then was reluctant to crush the so-claimed Maoist Armed Insurgency by the use of the Royal Nepal Army when the dead were less than a dozen . Surely the responsibility of the protection of the life and property of the citizens rested on the government in Singhadurbar than on the Armed Insurgents and so it is responsible for the loss of more than 17,000 Nepalese in the most horrifying war of terror , Nepalese killing Nepalese in their own country .
The people of Nepal have the Master-Key : with a Cost-Free Election System that opens the possibility for any citizen of Nepal without the need to spend any money to rise to the Presidentship or the position of the Prime Minister by a LUCKY-WINNER System (Gola-Pratha) . Ishwareeya Ganatantra Party guarantees every citizen of the Hindu Republic of Nepal full Human Rights , the end of all injustices and the liberation from all kinds of terrorisms being practiced by different agencies of the state , different parties outside the state and at every corner of the society . The People of Nepal shall use the Master-Key now to be able to liberate themselves from all injustices that would bring the revolutionary change if any election for the Pratinidhi-Sabha is conducted anytime in the future . The people need to prepare to go to the Ballot-Boxes anytime in the future by aiming at saving the country from the threat of the total doom of Afghanistan and Syria . If they do not prepare to go to the Ballot-Boxes now and cast their vote to the parties that are responsible for inviting the doom of our country , the present state of chaos , lawlessness and the threat of the final doom of our country would continue . May Lord Pasupatinath , Lord Kirateshwar and Lord Buddha bless we the people of Nepal to defeat all attacks against us and against our country through our power of the Ballot anytime in the future that could be within 9 months from now or earlier . ...
