This instructional video from www.grillpartsforless.com shows how to access and remove all of the common parts on a Pit Boss Pellet Grill. All of their grills use the same auger feed motor, combustion air fan, burnpot, and igniter. They all use the same RTD probe, however, models with a vertical controller have the RTD wire mounted with screw terminals and the horizontal controllers will connect via a wire disconnect plug fitting. The only tools required to access these parts are a #2 Phillips screwdriver, some wire snips to cut the zip-ties and a bucket to rest the burner assembly on.
