Ingredients :
Marination:
Prawn - 10 to 11 pcs (cleaned & deveined)
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - ¾ tablespoon
Curry powder - ½ tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste 2 1/2 teaspoon
Keep the marinated Prawn for 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature.
For Gravy:
1 tablespoon butter / if you are using Oil, add 2 to 3 tablespoon
Shallots - 1 cup (Half cut)
Curry leaves- few
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 to 4 tbsp
Tomato Paste - 1/2 cup
Salt -1 tsp
Curry powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp
Water - as per your requirement.
