INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas. 1 Cup Soaked (8hours)&ground coarse
Onion. 1/4 no.
Jeera. 1 tsp
Garlic. 2-3 cloves
Green chillies. 2 no’s
Salt. As per taste
Pepper. 1/2 tsp crushed or powder
Chilli powder. 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves. 10-15
Parsley. 1/2 bunch( skip if unavailable )
Water if required for grinding
Oil to deep fry
Tips:
*If u add excess water while grinding add chickpea flour or Rice flour or Maida to adjust consistency
*Just sprinkle water while grinding or avoid completely if possible
*I haven’t added any soda for softness
*If the mix doesn’t hold shape refrigerate for an hour and then try.
