Ingredients :
Jowar 1and 1/2 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Raw rice / Idli rice 1/2 cup
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Wash and soak the dals 4 to 5 hours
After 5 hours add less water and grind into a fine paste .Add one tbsp salt and mix well .let it sit the batter in the room temperature for 8 hours to raise . Afer 8 hours mix the batter and make thin and crispy dosa ..
