Oats cutlet recipe | Oats tikki | Oats kabab
Oats cutlet or oats tikki or oats kabab is a easy and very healthy snacks for kids.It is quick recipe which includes vegetables. This cutlets can be prepared for party and in functions.Best part of cutlets are,it can be made 1 day before and keep in fridge. We can deep fry or shallow fry.In this video I have made shallow fry,which i usually option for.I have used potato,capsicum,onion.You can use other vegetables of your choice.
I have used potato for binding, Grated bottle gourd can also be used in place of potato.
Ingredients :
Potato - 4
Capsicum - 2
Coriander leaves - handful
Onion - 2
Carrot - 1
Salt - for taste
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Oats powder - as required
Oats - for coating
