Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Soya Soaked in Warm Water for 15 Minutes
2 Onion, Shredded
2 Green Chilli, Slit
1 Big Piece Ginger
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
Lemon Juice
2 Tomato, Finely Chopped
4 Garlic, Sliced
Coriander Leaves
Method:
- Soak the Soya Chunks for 15 minutes in hot water and add a pinch of salt
- Heat oil add shredded onions cook them for a couple of minutes, sliced garlic, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, and all the spices – red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala
- Drain out the water from the Soya chunks and add them to the pan
- Toss the chunks properly in the masala
- Add some lemon juice and mix well and add salt to taste and some coriander
- The soya chunks fry is ready to be served!
