INGREDIENTS 1.PARBOILED RICE (1/2KG) - SOCKED AND GROUND INTO BATTER WITHOUT ADDING WATER. 2.SALT - AS NEEDED 3.ROASTED BENGAL GRAM - 250 GRAM 4.BUTTER - 100 GRAM 5.BLACK SESAME - 1 TSP 6.CUMIN - 1 TSP 7.VEGETABLE OIL - AS NEEDED METHOD MIX INGREDIENTS 1 TO 6 AND LET IT REST FOR 1 HOUR USE AN EXTRUDER TO POUR IT DIRECTLY INTO HOT VEGETABLE OIL .REMOVE FROM OIL ONCE DONE .MURUKKU IS READY.
