JAWS actor couldn't pronounce shark name

Did You Know: During the scene in JAWS with Brody and Hooper trying to convince Mayor Vaughn that there is a shark problem, actor Richard Dreyfuss had difficulties pronouncing the scientific name for Great White shark….. Caracarodon carcharias. To help, a cue card was held out of shot with the name written out phonetically. You can see Dreyfuss glance at the cue card just before delivering the line. ADR (Automatic Dialogue Replacement) was used to help get the line perfect.
