Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso
Ingredients
1 kilo Bangus (Or any fish you like)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 big onion, chopped
2 pcs. Miso paste
1 (20g) Knorr sinigang sa sampalok(original)
Mustard leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Sili haba
Water
Procedure
1. In heated oil, saute onion, garlic and tomatoes. Cover to soften the tomatoes.
2. Then add miso paste, water, knorr tamarind powder, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer.
3. Add the fish, mustard leaves and sili haba. Cover and cook until the fish is done.
