Govind Gatte is basically a delicious gatta balls that are stuffed in with tasty dry fruits and elaichi to give it that unique shahi flavour . Then these balls are dipped in rich yogurt gravy and boiled in it to allow it to absorb all the tangy and delicious flavours of gravy 😋 then at last some grated coconut and some kasuri methi is added to it to make it even more aromatic and heavenly 😋😌😌😌😌 .
