@nopansnogains53824 years ago Sergio said in an interview after the 2019 olympia that the open class is a BIG MAN SHOW that may be true in some aspects I do believe it is a big man show but these days I think there looking for a more aesthetic big guy someone who can hold the mass, fullness, conditioning with a smaller waist so I dont think you'll see Sergio or josh win first place at the big shows like the olympia or arnold Ohio unless they all came out of shape and he came in peeled and they dont have a wow factor to there physiques, now blessing has that wow factor not only does he has the alien freaky mass he also holds a smaller waist line than sergio and josh and many more bodybuilders for that matter the question is it's going to come down to conditioning and posing blessing has time to better his physique with time on his hands time will only tell ivan keep up the good work on the DAILLYYY!!!! bruh much respect brate` ...

@gobbel6004 years ago Your channel is awesome. And I think you, desktop bodybuilding, tomn8er, and a few others have pushed Nick to up his game again. Only issue is that it's all getting very similar. Rx still have the edge I think as they have different "shows" and have a lot of interesting interviews. Why they don't have more followers I don't get. But they are not as careful as nick. He is always very polite and political correct ... 8

Look closely at his striating the detail on his midsection his legs and were only seeing one angle. This guy could take out Brandon curry without a doubt. I think your going to see a new me O. However Brandon may come back with no other competition and just blow us all away with more mass he’s got the muscle maturity it took Jay years to beat Ronnie his muscle eventually matured to win it all.
Bonac is maxed out and if Ramy want in could win it all. But his midsection looked like shit at the Mr O. Blessing is doing something right he has the midsection to crush others, the guy has the whole package.
Here’s a Giy if he had a good coach Akom could blow away everyone with his massive wings. Keep an eye on him it’s going to be interesting to see how he places at the Arnold this is a guy that could beat Ramy if he comes in fully conditioned. Mass monsters are going to come back and take over the Olympia. Also the Atheleticon Rock Show guys like Morgan Asante mass monster and blessing and Sergio Olivia. These guys are ina. War path. Patrick great guy but not a mass monster conditioning great but bodybuilding isn’t all conditioning it’s building the body in conjunction with conditioning.
It’s not who’s the most conditioned Olympia it’s Mr Olympia. Ramy takes it all this year or Upset by another mass monster. One guy I consider Mass Monster Flex Lewis. He be a good Vegas bet to win it all he will come in conditioned to the max and if Bonac has the same stomach he had at last Olympia he’s out. Curry needs to get ripped and add more weight. Abs on blessing there your bid are unreal mass.
Mass is back. Curry has a battle ahead and love to see Phil win the Rock show but if Ramy comes in he’s got a big Problem cause Ramy got coached to be conditioned fans is holding more mass with conditioning. But Phil makes a big check even if he’s in too 3. Phil has the muscle maturity and genetics and knows how to condition to win. Plus knows what he needs to do to win a lot of vacuums ...

You'll only get your impression of Kai if and when he's shows to compete. If that happens he's coming to win, he won't show otherwise and waste his time. ...

@nopansnogains53824 years ago I also believe we will see the best big ramy we ever have. before he was with oxygen he was way better conditioned. once he got with oxygen they wanted him to play the size game which, took away that conditioning. Not knocking oxygen they do great work with athletes after all even tho brandon wasn't the best conditioned he won the Olympia because he was the most improved bb on that stage he had the fullness round aesthetic look the only thing that wasn't the greatest was conditioning if it was based on conditioning then hadi choopan would have won because he was looking fricking crazy full round and conditioning a little short I cant wait for 2020 olympia flex, bonac and if choopan makes it they're going to be battling it out for the short guys the 5'4ers ...

Key to success if you don’t follow mike oh earn you can add cardio but up your protein intake add 2 meals a day keep carb the same but no cutting to get the serattus. Bam ... 1
