Adil has been playing for over a decade now. He has a unique style blending various influences and genres. L.Y.D. aka Lydia Hendrikje Hornung is a singer, composer, DJ and vocal instructor from Germany. As a singer, she is versatile: inspired by many different music styles and influenced by sounds from Brazil to India. Yohaan Pissurlenker is a live and session musician based in Mumbai. He was a part of the award winning band Calico, and has been playing Bass and Keyboards for various independent artists. For Aki Spadaro, born in Palermo (Sicily, Italy) in 1986, music became his passion and main activity from a very early age. After seven years of classical piano training, he began to play jazz at the age of fourteen. Since then, he has constantly involved both as an arranger and as a pianist in various projects. Aron Nyiro was born in the Northern – East part of Hungary. Although his musical skills were nurtured from primary school, it wasn’t until the high school years when he decided to pursue the music profession. He moved to Budapest where he attended the Kőbányai Music Studio and started taking professional gigs. Emmanuel Simon, initially trained as a Western classical pianist, is nowadays a professional percussionist and a versatile musician, having gathered over the years extensive knowledge, both practical and academic, in classical and contemporary Western music as well as in Latin, West-African and Indian Classical music fields. Harsh Bhavsar is one of the youngest saxophonists in India. Known as the trumpet king of India, Kishore Sodha has been a part of R.D. Burman's original music team for long. Because of sheer perseverance and utmost dedication to music, he has reached the pinnacle of his success. Growing up in a solo exploratory journey through Western Music from the age of 13, Shubhangi Chakravarty found peace in melodies and solace on the stage. Hustling between being mostly self taught and being blessed with multiple Vocal Coaches and artist seniors, she learnt to navigate her voice in directions she didn't know existed, while relentlessly embracing the liberating process of self-discovery. . . . . . that friday jazz, is a concert series that recreates the charming allure of Jazz nights with performances featuring a promising line-up of different acts from across the country. Set against the unique backdrop and peaceful environs of Mumbai’s mill district, these performances feature a promising line-up of different jazz acts from across the country.
