In this video, I travel to one of Bangkok's best markets called Chatuchak Weekend Market and buy all sorts of things! I was absolutely SHOCKED at the variety and quality of the items and food on offer, and I know you'll enjoy watching the video as much as I did eating all of the delicious food! If you're looking for a delicious and fun way to explore Bangkok, then check out Bangkok's best market! This market has everything you could possibly want, from souvenirs to delicious street food to the biggest and most diverse market in Bangkok! With over 8000 stalls! Soak up the culture and enjoy some of the best food Bangkok has to offer in this fun video! I started my journey by firstly making a mistake...I decided to walk to the market in the mid-day heat. So upon my arrival I needed a cool refreshment immediately, and found a store without a queue. Initially I thought I was being offered a smelly fish milkshake. But it turned out to be a strawberry one. So that was interesting. I then decided to go for some octopus. I didn't hear the seller say 'spicy' and just said yes to the sauce he wanted to add. Later suffering the consequences of my actions. My mouth was a literal volcano so I needed to find another drink. I found a lovely little sweet green tea stall, and it only cost me 20 Baht! After that my mouth was still burning, so I got another iced coke slushy drink. I noticed many beggars around the market, and I'm still not sure whether they are part of a gang or not. So please let me know the situation on that one. After that I bought my first non-food item which was a nice little Ganesh trinket. Although I'm still not sure whether I got ripped off or not. Was that a good price? I then found a ancient Thai pancake stall and bought three pancakes, which tasted...well like pancakes. Quite lovely! Later I bought two T-shirts, and then found a quite delicious Thai kebab wrap stall and got a beef kebab. It was pretty good and tasted like a pizza! After that I saved a huge amount of money using the Grab app rather than getting ripped off on a Tuk Tuk ride. I made it back to my hotel, and after a long hot day at a busy market there's nothing better than a nice dip in the hotel pool.
