This is great to live in or as an Airbnb- we are only selling because we are moving into a slightly bigger tiny not on wheels! Has a covered porch, sitting area, kitchen area, bathroom with composting toilet and shower, and a ships ladder that leads to a sleeping loft. We have an 8 inch thick queen mattress in the loft area- it could probably hold a king sized mattress if it was a thiner mattress. The tiny weighs between 10,000-11,000 lbs and can be towed by an F-250 or equivalent. Direct Water hook ups on the outside- no holding tanks. Gray water is discharged by a pipe at the tongue. No black water due to composting toilet. This tiny is highly insulated and stays warm/cool.
