@Imriss14 years agoHe' s dead on about the stiffness and instability. You don' t usually need stretching but proper balance strength training. I see this regularly on my patients as a neurosurgeon who is very interested in pt. 4

@climbhigh963 years agoLooks like you' re targeting those ' glute medius' in some of those exercises. I discovered mine was really weak and contributing to knee issues.

@danperry61573 years agoI' ve actually stopped lifting traditional weights entirely. I just ruck with 120 lbs for 2 hours a day and use tension bands. Pretty excited for the snow to come. But i' m in pain daily lol.
