Here is a recipe for Dawat Chicken Qorma: Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken pieces * 1/2 cup plain yogurt * 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste * 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder * 2 teaspoon coriander powder * 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder * 2 teaspoon red chili powder * 2 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon black pepper * 1/4 tomato paste * 1/4 cup vegetable oil * 1 large onion, sliced * 1 bay leaf * 5 green cardamoms * 6 cloves * 2 cinnamon stick * 2 mace piece * 5 drops Qorma essence * 5 drops kewra essence Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken. 2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, golden brown about 5 minutes and separate onion from oil and keep aside. Add the bay leaf, green cardamoms, cloves, mace, and cinnamon stick and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the chicken mixture to the pot and tomato paste, cook for a 30 minutes on low heat until sauce is thick. Add fried onions, kewra essence, Qorma essence. 4. Cover and cook for few minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through. 5.
