For more recipes visit: www.briskkitchen.in Moong Dal Daliya Khichdi Ingredients Ghee - 1 teaspoon Daliya - 100 grams Cooking oil - 2 teaspoon Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon Hing - 1 pinch Chopped green chilli - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon Chopped tomato - 1 Chopped carrot - 100 grams Matar - 100 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon Water soaked moong dal - 100 grams Water - 500 ml Chopped coriander Preparation In a kadhai add ghee and daliya. Roast for 1-2 minutes and keep aside. In a kadhai add cooking oil, jeera, hing, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Sauté well. Add chopped tomato and mix well. Add chopped carrot, matar and mix well. Add salt and haldi powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Add moong dal and roasted daliya. Mix well. Add water and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
