This Category 1 hurricane is moving west-northwest at 15 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center. It is forecast to continue moving toward the eastern Caribbean and intensify to a Category 3 storm that may impact areas hit by Hurricane Irma by Tuesday or Wednesday. It could strike Puerto Rico by Wednesday, the weather agency said.
