自制腊肉
材料:
五花肉 1公斤
盐 2茶匙
幼糖 5糖匙
生抽 150毫升
黑酱油 2汤匙
中国高度白酒 2 1/2汤匙(50-65%酒精)
绍兴酒 4汤匙
牙硝 1/4茶匙,杀菌作用,可在药材店购买(可以不放)

Ingredients :
1 Kg pork belly
2 tbsp salt
5 tbsp caster sugar
150ml light soy sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp Chinese hard liquor (50-65% alcohol)
4 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/4 tsp ngar siew or Glauber's salt, available from Chinese medicine shops (optional)
