3 Adrian Vandenberg Licks From 1990

Here's the next episode of Three-For-All with 3 Adrian Vandenberg Licks From 1990. I featured Adrian (along with Vivian Campbell) a couple of years ago in a Three-For-All lesson, and since that time I've created a Dio Chordplay episode along with a Vivian Campbell Three-For-All lesson, so I figured it was time to finally feature Adrian again and this time on his own. This lesson focuses on a handful of ideas from his live solo from the Slip Of The Tongue tour in 1990, which also featured Mr. Steve Vai, who recorded the album and toured with the group during an extended world tour to support the album, and here we find Adrian whipping out some licks and ideas when he was touring with the group. The licks and ideas shared here include an expressive melodic phrase with plenty of string bending and vibrato movements, a slick (and jazzy-sounding) A harmonic minor idea, a speedy string-skipped legato phrase, and much more!
