Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups toasted oatmeal
1/2 Cup sliced almonds or nuts (optional)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 Tbsp chia seed
1 Cup chocolate chips, (I also added 3/4 cup dried cranberries).
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup avocado or canola oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 egg whites.
