Ojojo is made from Water yam and popular among the Yorubas, especially Ijebu people from Ogun state. Other cultures have come to embrace it as one of Nigerian cuisines and Nigerian street food (or snack). It is quite versatile in the sense that, it is usually made plain, but you may also add anything to it.

1 medium sized water yam (halved)
3 scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 seasoning cube
Salt to taste
