My Mamas Homemade Lebanese Knafeh (no cheese) Ingredients: • 1/2 cup fine semolina • 1/2 cup white sugar • 300ml full cream • 2 tblspn corn flour • 1 litre milk • kelloggs corn flakes crumbs • butter (for the tray) Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°, butter a medium tray and coat it with the corn crumb 2. Combine the semolina, sugar, cream, corn flour and milk in a large pot, continuously stirring on high until thickens and mixture starts to bubble 3. Pour into tray and coat again with corn crumb 4. Place in oven and cook for approx 30min 5.
