This is a song from Choiseul, written and sang by a Choiseulian. The song makes an unabashed case for the Kweyol Language. To many Kweyol activists, it embraces a "Kweyol Renaissance". The song is popular all year round; but it is St. Lucia's "star song" during our Kweyol Heritage Month". I have added video footage to capture some of our "Kweyol" heritage and practices.
