Fresh Green Garlic Sorghum Flatbread by JK's Kitchen (Sindhi Breakfast )
Ingredients:
Jowar Flour – 1 Cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion - 1
Fresh Garlic with Stalks – 3-4
Green Chilly – 2
Pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp.
Coriander leaves
Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tsp.
Salt to taste
Water – 1 Cup
Oil
Method :
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and Knead to a smooth dough,
Add a Tb. Sp of oil at the end of kneading,
Break into 4 balls, Roll out and Cook on tawa
Put some oil and cook till it is reddish
Serve with Curd, Papad, Chutney or Pickle.
