I was feeling really demotivated to exercise and seeing this progress made me extremely motivated to go move around. Around when quarantine was put into place, i started realizing how unhealthy my eating habits were. I would always stuff my face with junk food like chips, fried food, you name it. I was always so scared to weigh myself in school when it was time for our weigh-ins. So, i took advantage of quarantine to turn my life around, to make me feel comfortable with myself. I started slowly cutting down portion sizes and switching high-in calorie foods with stuff like fruits. Then, i started using the exercise bike, progressively adding on more time and power. And after i would say at least 3 months( i started seeing a bit of change in my thigh and face fat. Honestly, at first i didnt see it until my parents pointed out that i looked so much(in size) ive lost around 5kg (or 12lbs) and im still trying to cut down 5 more kg!
