Who wants to learn about beer and baseball in Baltimore? We sure do! For today’s video, we visit the site of Old Oriole Park, one of the city’s many baseball fields where professional athletes played ball over the years. In this video, you’ll learn about baseball teams beyond the Orioles, like the Terrapins and the Elite Giants. Thanks for watching and see you later this week!
This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." Twice a week, we’ll record a short video about a different historic place in Baltimore and post it on our Facebook page and website. For more information or to become a member of Baltimore Heritage, check out: https://baltimoreheritage.org/support/
