Monster Hunter Clones - Ragnarok Odyssey Ace Review

Ragnarok Odyssey Ace is a game I've been wanting to cover for awhile because of its roots... I was a big fan of Ragnarok Online when it was popular years ago, and what's a better way to keep a brand relevant than making a bunch of spin-offs? (And yes, I know that I mention January in the beginning when it is currently well into February. Deal with it :]) Ragnarok Odyssey is a role-playing video game for the PlayStation Vita system. It is based on the universe of the MMORPG Ragnarok Online, containing many elements of Norse mythology. Ragnarok Odyssey is a real-time action RPG in similar vein to the series Monster Hunter. The game retains many elements typical of RPGs, such as item collecting, health and magic, item collecting/crafting, interaction with NPCs and a class system but no leveling system. Missions in Odyssey are received at guild halls and usually consist of collecting items or killing enemies.
