Previous cooking video: “Champorado” /watch/kBGgJUjXq02Xg Follow us on Instagram: schannel21 Calamansi Honey Ginger Tea Recipe Ingredients 2 thumb sized ginger, cut into strips or disk 4-5 cups of water 1 pcs calamansi (for every 1 glass of ginger tea) 1 tbsp honey or add more for taste (for every 1 glass of ginger tea) Procedure 1. Peel and cut ginger into strips or disk. 2. Put water and ginger in a pot. 3. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Pour ginger tea in a glass and squeeze 1 piece of calamansi and honey. Stir to dissolve honey. You can drink this two times a day to help clear clogged nose and soothe sore throat. You can always reheat the ginger tea as needed. Enjoy!
