3 Healthy Dietary "Food Rules" Simplified Using Bowling Analogies!! Hey everyone thanks for clicking to watch this video!! In last week's video #2 I mentioned that I was going on a 4-day cruise this past weekend with some friends. I end the video with updating everyone on how week #3 of my Sexification 2020 went, but first I took time to explain 3 healthy dietary "food rules" and I simplify everything using bowling analogies. Yes you do need some knowledge of how bowling works, just like in the past 2 videos, but all those who have bowled even just 1 game in person or on a video game should understand these bowling analogies. I am often asked my thoughts on the Keto Diet and other "restrictive" dietary plans, and point #1 responds to those types of questions about what to eat and what not to eat. I explain why all of the various foods and beverages available to us around the world is like a bowler's "approach" area on a bowling lane. I am also often asked about my thoughts on intermittent fasting, and point #2 responds to those types of questions about meal timing. It follows along the same lines as point #1. For #3 I address the mindset that I use when I encounter special holidays and other opportunities that I want to have "fun" celebrating my way, and I use the concept of bowlers picking "splits" to simplify this point. In point #3, I also discuss how I did during the cruise and I finish by showing everyone my scores and results for and after week #3 finished.
