Everyone thinks these look store bought but when they try them they immediately know that they are too good, they must be homemade!

Instructions in the video!
If you don't have a scale let me know in the comments and I will prepare a volumetric measurement list for you, but ideally measuring by weight is ideal for this recipe!
Ingredients:
Yield: 1 dozen
2 large eggs
270g A.P. flour
60g cacao powder
100g sugar
100g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
135ml vegetable oil
150ml whole milk
150g sour cream
200g chocolate chips
