Oh my goodness, these jumbo chocolate muffins not only look great but they taste great (as long as you use a good quality cacao powder). Their big size is thanks to the massive tulip-style muffin liners that you can make yourself, here is a link to that DIY video /watch/ooQV3kJupseuV Everyone thinks these look store bought but when they try them they immediately know that they are too good, they must be homemade! Thanks to those of you who asked for the recipe in the muffin liner video, I hope you like the recipe and can enjoy them as well! (Yep I called them brownies at some point in the video, the coffee hadn’t kicked in yet lol) ******************** Before you keep reading you please consider liking/sharing/commenting/subscribing to help support my small channel on YouTube, thank you!! ********************** Instructions in the video! If you don't have a scale let me know in the comments and I will prepare a volumetric measurement list for you, but ideally measuring by weight is ideal for this recipe! Ingredients: Yield: 1 dozen 2 large eggs 270g A.P. flour 60g cacao powder 100g sugar 100g light brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 135ml vegetable oil 150ml whole milk 150g sour cream 200g chocolate chips
