Marzipan Christmas Stollen

DIY marzipan recipe: /watch/UbY_69QbG2mb_ Ingredients for two medium-sized stollen logs --------------- 500g A.P. flour 45g fresh yeast 150ml whole milk 100g sugar 5g salt 225g unsalted butter 150g sultanas/raisins 100g candied orange and lemon peel 1/2 vanilla bean (optional) 1 shot of rum/brandy 100g chopped almonds 90g marzipan 2 tbsp of soft butter + 50g icing sugar for decoration.
